Empire State Film Festival, spotlighting the best narrative films created in New York State, will run Friday, October 23rd - Sunday, October 25th at Cinemapolis in Ithaca, New York. Submissions are made exclusively through Filmfreeway, and we are now seeking sponsorships for our inaugural event. Festival Director Gregory Lamberson will conduct a free workshop, "How to Produce a Feature Film," at Tompkins County Public Library the evening before the festival, Thursday, October 22nd.
